Payment Options

For your convenience, our office accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office. See Natalie or Barb Vincentini for details.

Insurance

We accept most all insurance although we don't participate with any.

 As a service to our patients, our office will submit most dental insurance claims. We are not part of any managed care network. Our financial coordinator will prepare all the necessary forms and do our utmost to see you receive the maximum benefit you are entitled to.

However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. As with any Dental office, your insurance may only cover a portion of services rendered and you will be responsible for any balance.

 Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate, upon your request, to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.

Financing

We’re pleased to offer our patients CareCredit, North America’s leader in patient payment plans. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment immediately – then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit easily into your monthly budget.  CareCredit works like a credit card, but is exclusive for healthcare services only.
